Reed in Partnership's Pathways to Work provision provides specialist support for people with either mental or physical health issues who are looking to either enter or return to paid employment.
Reed in Partnership uses a variety of support functions to assist the return to work, and these functions include; an employability course called 'The Journey', design to boost confidence and assist in CV writing, completing application forms and interview techniques. CMP which is a programme of short-term intervention in either physiotherapy and/or group counselling sessions, allocation of a specific Personal Adviser who will support and encourage your development and return to employment ensuring that you will be financially better off, and have accessed all return to work benefits you may be eligible for.
To be eligible for Reed in Partnership's Pathways to Work programme you must be claiming at least one of the following; ESA, Incapacity Benefit, Income Support (based on Incapacity), DLA or SDLA, and be either unemployed or working no more than 16 hours a week.
