Open Mind

Open Mind aims to achieve a positive shift in attitudes relating to the recruitmnet and retention ofpeople with mental health problems or physical difficulties. It provides a business focussed service for employers, line managers and disability service providers.

Open Mind works with partners and employers to:

• improve disability awareness and promote healthy working environments
• develop strategies, resources, workplace audits and tools
• deliver disability and mental health employment training
• address stigma and discrimination
• promote good management of workplace mental health.

 Open Mind is the London associate of MINDFUL EMPLOYER - an employer led initiative aimed at increasing awareness of mental health at work and providing support for business in recruiting and retaining staff.
